Winter bathing and lake sauna

Just a stone’s throw from the beach at lake Eseredssjön lies the lake sauna. Enjoy a relaxing sauna session followed by a refreshing dip in the lake. The lake sauna has its own dock located right below the cottage.

Heated outdoor swimming pool

There is a 25-meter swimming pool with a 3-meter diving board, a 25-meter children’s pool, and a splash pool for the youngest children. The pool is open from early June to September. The water temperature in the pools is approximately 26 degrees celsius.

Training before your time in the sauna

Engage in a workout session in our strength training gym, conveniently located next to the sports hall and sauna. A sauna session afterward is the perfect way to relax and unwind after your workout.

Go for a run around lake

Go for a run around the lake, which is very close to our facility, before relaxing in the sauna. We have plenty of different distances for a delightful jogging tour amidst beautiful scenery.

Cross-country skiing at Ätran Ski Center

Adjacent to our facilities is Ätran Skicenter. During winter, Ätran Skicenter offers artificial snow tracks for cross-country skiing. Bring your cross-country skis and enjoy the wonderful trails and beautiful scenery at the same time.
